    What happens after I get in touch?
    You get a reply from me, not a sequence from a CRM. If there is a fit we schedule a conversation about the decision you are facing; if there is not, I will usually say so and point you somewhere more useful.
    Do you charge for the first conversation?
    No. The first conversation exists to work out whether the problem is one worth engaging on, which is not something either of us can tell from a form.
    What should I have ready?
    Nothing formal. It helps to know roughly what you are spending on AI tools today and which decision is currently stuck. If you want a head start, the free AI readiness assessment takes about three minutes and gives us a shared starting point.
